MIPA design
“MIPA design” is an important italian firm in tiles and high quality interior coverings design and production area based in Modena.
M+A+P DESIGNstudio and Factorio.us were asked to redesign MIPA’s old website, which had some interaction issues and an old fashioned graphic style.
Factorio.us worked mostly on the interaction and graphic design layout.
We did research and analysis of a lot of best practices to find out some inspiration and create a new outstanding website that could stand out from the competitors. Then it came the wireframing phase, in which we defined content architecture and interaction rules.
Finally we design the layout of all the pages and all the elements, using a graphical tribute to all the MIPA coverings textures for the backgrounds that changes randomly.
